Back on home turf for the first time with their new singer and bassist, Deep Purple had a lot to prove in 1974. Bringing a brand new set based around their new album, the group played one of their longest UK tours ever with three different shows in London, where this recording, from the Gaumont in Kilburn, originates. Never before issued on CD in Europe, it comes complete with the previously unreleased set closer "Space truckin'" alongside their anthem "Smoke On the Water" and raft of Mk3 classics "Burn" and "Mistreated".
