    what are souffles supposed to taste like? i have only had one, and it was kinda spongy and wet in the middle? it was a raspberry souffle and it was just okay.

    Danny - Ok....then you should try a real souffle then, because it's a fantastic thing, very much different then what you had. They are so light, fluffy and mmmm, especially if you accompany it with some kind of sauce :)) If you ever decide on making some, let me know! ;)
